Meet The Principal

Chara K. Pace

My name is Chara K. Pace, and I am both thrilled and humbled to be a part o this remarkable school! Asa proud product of Dallas ISD, I understand the transformative power of education and the positive impact it can have on students' lives. My educational journal began right here, within the South Oak Cliff community. I am a proud alumna of Baylor University (Sic'em Bears) and am currently pursing a doctoral degree at Texas A&M Commerce University.

My career in education began at Erasmo Seguin Community Learning Center. Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of serving as the campus instructional coach at Daniel Webster Elementary and most recently, as an Assistant Principal at Rosemont Upper School. As I step into my 25th year in education within Dallas ISD, I am genuinely excited to lead Clinton P. Russell School. My vision for Clinton P. Russell School is rooted in the belief that every scholar who walks through our doors deserves a safe, nurturing, and equitable learning experience.

I look forward to an amazing 2024 - 2025 school year!
